Love doesn’t become annoyed and it sure doesn’t rush through things. It waits and allows all the time in the world for that something. It’ll stay as long as it needs to, because true love has no end. It is patient. Love will treat people well even when they have been treated poorly at times. Love is kind.

Love will only find all the beauty there is to be seen and shared. Within love, there’s no insecurities or negative thoughts of losing something so close and valued. Love is not compared to other’s love or the greatness of another relationship. Love doesn’t show off or glorify itself. It’s not there to flash all it’s greatness to the world, just for that reason and nothing else. It is not prideful or filled with excessive self-esteem. Love does not envy and it does not boast. It is not proud either.

Love is filled to the brim with kindness and understanding. While there are many things that will go wrong, love conquers all, while keeping no score. To love is to give and to give is to give some more. There is no limit on the good doings love provides. Love is not rude. Love doesn’t take advantage of opportunities. It rejoices in the blessings of having these opportunities. It listens and reasons to not just one side, but to both sides. Love is full of compromises and reason. Love is not self-seeking. 

Happiness is love shining out. Love is not easily angered. It realizes that things go wrong, mistakes happen, and “Murphy’s Laws” come into play, but love stays committed and never lets go. It gives an infinite amount of chances. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love should never bring up the past, for the past is something that can’t be changed, but accepted and grown from.

Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It’s always honest. Love will not lie or have hidden meaning. It will have confidence in itself and what is always at heart. For what ever is on the mind, it can be spoken, because love is full of truth and openness. Love is not visible without the reassurance of knowing trust is there.

Love is feeling safe with that person. It’s knowing that you will always have someone on your side to protect you for whatever the cost. Love is not doubtful. It has hope in every second of every day, forever and always. Love does not involve being unsure of the future, but feels joy in knowing that love keeps things in perfect condition. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails.
